Teams Rooms

Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) is Microsoft's solution for video conferencing in physical meeting rooms. Each room has a certified Teams Rooms device (Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Crestron, Neat, others) with camera, microphones, displays, and a touch console for one-touch meeting join. The device signs in with a resource account (Entra ID identity with Teams Rooms licence). Two platform options: Teams Rooms on Windows (richer enterprise features) and Teams Rooms on Android (simpler, cheaper). Two licence tiers: Teams Rooms Basic (free for first 25 rooms, limited management) and Teams Rooms Pro (paid per room, with advanced features and the Pro Management Portal).
