Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings is the appointment scheduling app in Microsoft 365. It publishes a branded booking page where customers or colleagues self-schedule time on staff calendars; bookings create Exchange meetings with optional Teams links, send reminders and confirmations, and handle reschedules and cancellations. Two flavours: Bookings with Me (personal, per-user scheduling page) and Bookings (full) (shared, for clinics, customer success, education, helpdesks). Included with Microsoft 365 Business Standard / Premium, E3 / E5, Office 365 E3 / E5, and Education A3 / A5. Replaces the "find a time to meet" email back-and-forth with self-service.
