No. Standard Microsoft Teams supports webinars up to 1,000 attendees with registration, reminders, and reporting. Teams Premium adds advanced webinar features (custom registration pages, green room, RTMP-out, presenter bios, view-only broadcasts up to 10,000 attendees), plus meeting-side features like watermarking and end-to-end encryption.
