Viva Pulse

Microsoft Viva Pulse is the lightweight feedback tool in Microsoft Viva, designed for managers to gather quick team input on focused questions: "How was the offsite?", "What's working in our new sprint cadence?", "How are we doing on the project rollout?" Surveys are short (typically 2–5 questions), anonymous to the team, and aggregated to the manager with AI-assisted insights. Designed to complement Viva Glint: Glint runs formal large-scale engagement surveys; Pulse runs frequent lightweight check-ins between Glint cycles. Included with Viva Suite. For organisations adopting management-by-listening patterns, Pulse provides the rhythm of small frequent feedback that complements bigger periodic surveys.
