Viva Learning
Microsoft's central learning surface inside Teams, aggregating content from many providers.
Viva Learning is the learning experience hub inside Microsoft Viva, delivered as a Teams app and an Outlook integration. It aggregates learning content from many providers — Microsoft Learn, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, edX, Pluralsight, Udemy Business, Skillsoft, and internal SharePoint sources — into a single discoverable catalogue. Users can search, save, share, and complete courses without leaving Teams. Managers can recommend and assign learning. A basic Viva Learning experience with Microsoft and LinkedIn free content is included with most Microsoft 365 plans; full provider integration and reporting require Viva Learning premium or Viva Suite licensing.
