Viva Goals
Microsoft's OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management tool, integrated with the rest of Microsoft 365.
Viva Goals is the module of Microsoft Viva for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) management. Teams and individuals create objectives, define measurable key results, link to projects, and track progress in a structured cadence. It integrates with Teams, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI for automatic key-result updates from operational data. Acquired by Microsoft as Ally.io in 2021 and rebranded. Viva Goals requires Viva Suite or a standalone Viva Goals licence. Suited to organisations already running OKRs as a management practice — the tool helps but doesn't replace the strategy work itself.
