Viva Connections
The personalised modern intranet experience inside Microsoft Teams, built on SharePoint communication sites.
Viva Connections is the Microsoft Viva module that surfaces a personalised intranet experience inside Microsoft Teams. It pulls news, announcements, resources, and dashboard cards from one or more SharePoint communication sites — the home site of the organisation — and presents them as a curated home in Teams' left rail. It also runs on mobile as the company app for frontline workers. Connections includes the Dashboard (action-oriented cards for tasks like submitting expenses or reading the latest CEO note), the Feed (news and posts), and Resources (links and content). It's included with most Microsoft 365 plans at no extra cost.
