Service Health

The Service Health dashboard in the Microsoft 365 admin center (admin.microsoft.com → Health → Service health) shows the current status of every Microsoft 365 service, with green/yellow/red indicators, active incidents, service advisories, and a history of resolved issues. Each active incident has a unique MO identifier, expected impact, affected services, and Microsoft-posted updates with estimated time to resolution. The Microsoft 365 Admin mobile app delivers Service Health push notifications. For organisations running Microsoft 365 at any scale, opening Service Health is the first check when "Outlook isn't working" reports start arriving.
