Microsoft Whiteboard

Microsoft's collaborative digital whiteboard for brainstorming and visual collaboration.

Microsoft Whiteboard is the collaborative digital whiteboard in Microsoft 365. It provides an infinite canvas for sketching, sticky notes, shapes, text, images, templates, and reactions, with real-time co-editing across web, Windows, iOS, Android, and Surface Hub. Whiteboard integrates tightly with Teams meetings — open a whiteboard inside a meeting and every participant can contribute simultaneously. Boards are stored in OneDrive, share Microsoft 365 governance (retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery), and can be exported as images or PDF. Whiteboard ships with a library of pre-built templates for retros, brainstorms, planning sessions, and design exercises.
