Microsoft's personal task list app, now folded into Microsoft Planner as "My Tasks."
Microsoft To Do is the personal task list app in Microsoft 365, designed for individual day-to-day task management. It supports lists, sub-tasks, due dates, reminders, recurrence, attachments, and the daily-planning My Day view. To Do syncs across Windows, macOS, web, iOS, and Android. With the launch of the unified Microsoft Planner, To Do's experience has been folded into Planner as the My Tasks view, though the standalone To Do app remains available for users who prefer it. Tasks created in Outlook (flagged emails, tasks), Teams (Loop task blocks), or Planner all flow into the same personal task list.
