Microsoft Planner is the unified task and project management app in Microsoft 365. The current Planner combines three previously separate products into one experience: personal tasks (formerly Microsoft To Do), shared team plans (formerly classic Planner), and premium project plans with timelines and dependencies (formerly Project for the Web). Available as a Teams app and a standalone web app at planner.cloud.microsoft. Basic Planner is included with most Microsoft 365 plans; Planner premium requires a separate per-user licence. Tasks created in Outlook, Loop, Teams, or To Do all flow into the same Planner surface.
