Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is the browser-based survey, quiz, and poll tool in Microsoft 365. Authors build forms with question types (text, choice, rating, ranking, date, file upload), share links with internal or external respondents, and collect responses with real-time charts and Excel export. Forms integrates across Microsoft 365: launch polls inside Teams meetings or chats, embed forms in SharePoint pages, trigger Power Automate flows on submission, and analyse results in Power BI. Includes accessibility features and supports response receipts. Two flavours: Forms for personal/Microsoft 365 use, and Forms Pro for richer survey and customer-feedback scenarios (largely succeeded by Dynamics 365 Customer Voice).
