Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is the generative-AI assistant integrated across the Microsoft 365 apps. It can draft and rewrite documents in Word, analyse and chart data in Excel, build decks in PowerPoint, summarise email threads in Outlook, recap meetings in Teams, and answer questions in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat against the open web or against tenant data via the Microsoft Graph. Responses respect existing permissions: Copilot can't show users content they couldn't already access. It's licensed as a paid per-user add-on on top of a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan (Business Standard/Premium or Enterprise E3/E5).
